The Shire of Mount Magnet is calling for written Expression of Interest (EOI) quotes from suitably qualified person(s) or organisations for the demolition of a dwelling, all associated buildings and the removal of the septic tanks and leach drains, with the complete clean-up of the allotment following the demolition on the following listed property.

• Lot 111 (#68) Criddle Street Mount Magnet

The successful EOI quote will be required to hold or be under a current WorkSafe Restricted Asbestos Licence and be required to submit and obtain a Demolition Permit issued by the Shire of Mount Magnet. The successful EOI quote will be required to demolish the whole of the dwelling and any associated buildings located over the allotment stated above, remove all septic tanks and leach drains from the property, leaving the allotment free of any rubbish or surplus material.
