Management of Toogoolawah Swimming Pool and Community Gym

⁠⁠⁠This Tender is for the management of the combined Toogoolawah Swimming Pool and Community Gym. The Toogoolawah Swimming Pool and Community Gym is a publicly accessible facility located onFactory Road, Toogoolawah. The swimming pool facility was constructed in 1975 and features a heated six (6) lane 25 metre pool, heated toddler pool and a new water play area (zero depth). The water play area is currently under construction, which is due for completion in early May 2022.

The site also features the Community Gym facility which is approximately 250 square metres in floor size and comes with up to 18 pieces of gym equipment. The Community Gym is currently under construction, which is due for completion in mid-April 2022. The new facility will feature 24-hour patron access.

The Swimming Pool is a seasonal facility that operates between September and April, for 30 weeks annually. The Community Gym component of the facility will maintain operations all year round.

A compulsory site inspection will be held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at 12.30pm to allow contractors to view the site and clarify any issues. Contractors are to advise if they will be in attendance.
