Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Tender is for the management of the Kilcoy Aquatic Centre. The Kilcoy Aquatic Centre is a publicly accessible pool located at the corner of Hope Street and Mary Street, Kilcoy. The complex was built in 2008 and includes a heated six (6) lane 25 metre pool, heated therapy pool with ramp access and splash play area. The Kilcoy Aquatic Centre is a seasonal facility that operates between September and April, for 30 weeks annually.

A compulsory site inspection will be held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at 2pm to allow contractors to view the site and clarify any issues. Contractors are to advise if they will be in attendance.
