Tender Description
The Study will fall into seven key components:
- analysis of the existing travel behaviour;
- comparison of pre-COVID it and current travel behaviour;
- identification of existing travel issues/shortcomings;
- dentification of potential changes in travel behaviour;
- consideration of potential travel behaviour in a post-COVID Inner West;
- conceptual recommendations to encourage greater use of more sustainable travel modes;
- Recommendations regarding measures which should be taken to ensure ongoing data collection is conducted in a manner which ensures that Council has a continuous and reliable source of travel behaviour data to apply when developing strategic planning policies (including board cost estimates for such a system of data collection).
