Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invites Interested Parties to lodge an Expression of Interest for the proposed sale of Lot 12, DP253033, Street address 435-437 Kable Avenue.

The request for Expressions of Interest has been issued in the context of Council ensuring that the proposed use of the site is consistent with Council’s vision and priorities for BLUEPRINT100. Particularly, around our priority to “facilitate smart growth and housing choices”. BLUEPRINT100 identifies this area ideal for an apartment style development with an active street frontage.

Expressions of Interests may be lodged electronically at trc@tamworth.nsw.gov.au or mailed to PO Box 555, Tamworth NSW 2340 or lodged in the Tender Box in Ray Walsh House, 437 Peel Street Tamworth. (Note: Under no circumstances are Expressions of Interest documents to be e-mailed to Council staff).

Please note that the lowest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing or lobbying for the purpose of attempting to influence the impartial performance of the public duty of Councillors and Council staff will result in disqualification of the Expression of Interest.
