Tender Description

Existing suppliers already appointed to PQS059/20 arrangement do not need to re-apply. This tender refresh is for new suppliers or those who missed the opportunity previously.

Tenders are invited to submit for a register of pre-qualified suppliers of various products as generally listed below. The examples listed within each category are an indication of the types of goods/services that may be required, however the specification is not limited to these examples and includes goods/services similar in nature to those listed.

Spare Parts and Accessories: Replacement parts and accessories for small motors, light vehicles, trucks/trailers, earthmoving equipment and auxiliary plant. Includes windscreens and tyres.
Bituminous Products:Emulsion, cold mix, pothole patch in a bucket/bag etc.
Building, Civil Construction and Hardware: General hardware, timber, power tools, gardening tools, paint, specialised coatings, cement powder (including 800kg bulk bags), plumbing (including Civil), water meters, pipes, electrical (both domestic & industrial), switchboards, landscaping, irrigation, pumps, geosynthetics etc.
Chemicals, Cleaning & Hygiene Products: Weed control, water/sewerage treatment, pool treatment, cattle dip, toilet paper, hand towel and similar paper products, detergents, cleaning agents, graffiti removal products etc.
First Aid & PPE: First aid supplies commonly found in first aid kits. PPE items such as face masks, gloves, hearing protection, disposable overalls, safety glasses/face shields, etc.
Lubricants: Engine, transmission, hydraulic lubricants. Greases etc.
Office & Stationery Supplies: General stationery, printer cartridges/toners, office furniture. milk, coffee/tea, sugar etc.
Precast Concrete Products: Culverts, pipes, stormwater products etc.
Quarry Products: Sand, aggregates, precoats, gravel, roadbase, rock etc.
Signage and Roadside/Traffic Products: All types of signs, both off the shelf and custom, multi message, regulatory signs, safety and facility related signs, traffic calming products etc.
Steel Suppliers: RHS, round, mesh, iron, cattle rail etc.
