Tender Description
City of Newcastle are currently in the project implementation phase of the Astra Street Landfill Capping Project. As part of the overall project delivery, CN are seeking fee proposals for the provision of Construction Quality Assurance Engineer and Environmental Consultant services to ensure compliance with the requirements of the relevant project management plans. This is further described in the scope of works.
Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 3rd May 2022 .
A non-mandatory pre-site inspection presentation will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 20/04/2022 at 9am.
A non-mandatory site inspection will be held on Wednesday 27/04/2022 at 9am at 2 Astra Street, Shortland NSW, Gated access to site adjacent to the entrance of the Newcastle Golf Practice Centre.
