EOI - to form a panel of providers to act for Kiama Municipal Council

⁠⁠⁠This EOI seeks expressions of interest from potential selling agents to be considered to act for Council for the marketing and sale of Council owned public land and property assets as well as acquisition of lands identified by Council. Successful applicants will be included on a panel of providers established for a three-year period, from which Council can directly seek services and/or quotations for any future land and property sale or acquisition process.

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted no later than 4:00pm on Tuesday 26 April 2022.

Note: Kiama Municipal Council has previously undertaken EOI processes for the selection of suitable property agents to act on its behalf for the sale of Council (public) land and related real estate property services. Any pre-existing agreements for these services have now been terminated.
