Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from proponents for the Construction of the Major Pool Upgrade at the Willoughby Leisure Centre.
The role of the Construction Firm (Principal Contractor) is to construct the Major Pool Upgrade at Willoughby Leisure Centre as per the Council Approved DA/CC drawings, obtain final Brewster Hjorth Architect's sign-off on completion and provide all the required certification/documentation to receive an Occupation Certificate.

The proposed major upgrade at the Willoughby Leisure Centre will require the demolition of the existing pool hall, and construction of new larger pool facility that will extend into the current north-eastern car park. The upgrade will transform the Willoughby Leisure Centre by delivering three new pools, a new sauna and spa, enhanced communal areas and improved accessibility and sustainability outcomes.

A site meeting will be held at Willoughby Leisure Centre, Small Street, Willoughby, commencing at 11am on Wednesday 13 April 2022. All prospective proponents are advised to attend the site meeting.

Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Friday, 29th April 2022. Tender received after the fore mentioned closing time will not be considered.

EOIs shall be submitted via online forum OR in a sealed envelope endorsed:
'Expression of Interest No. E01-2022 - For Construction - Willoughby Leisure Centre - Major Pool Upgrade'

Hard copies of EOIs shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
