This RFT outlines the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) minimum expectations of the Currango Historic Precinct Caretaker and any employees.
Other tasks may present themselves during the course of the contract which the NPWS will expect the Caretaker to undertake as part of the contract. If the contractor considers a task requested by the NPWS to be outside the provisions of the contract, then they must discuss this with the NPWS before undertaking the task.
Currango Historic Precinct is to remain open to the public at all times unless a temporary closure or part closure is authorised by the NPWS.
The main contact for the Caretaker will be the Ranger responsible for the management of Currango Historic Precinct, this person is referred to as the Tantangara Ranger.
