Artist call out: Sculpture in the Gaol

⁠⁠⁠Calling for expressions of interest for the annual Sculpture in the Gaol Exhibition at Trial Bay.

Following the success of the Sculpture in the Gaol exhibition, Trial Bay Gaol will once again be transformed into a dramatic artistic landscape with sculptures displayed throughout the Gaol site.

The event is scheduled to run from 2nd - 10th July 2022. Due to the recent impact of floods on the communities across northern NSW this event has moved form the original advertised dates in May.

There is no entry fee to exhibit and sculptures may be priced for sale.

Category A: Large metal and/or timber sculptures and/or Category

Category B: Small metal, timber and/or mixed media sculptures.

All entries must be submitted by Friday 3rd June via the online form at www.sitg.com.au

You may submit multiple works by completing multiple online applications.

If your work is for sale, Sculpture In The Gaol will receive a 15% commission on all sales for the exhibiting and marketing of the work and event.

There are only 6 cells available with lighting and limited unpowered cells with lockable doors. Your preferred site may not be available and the event organisers decision on site locations is final. The event organisers will try their best to facilitate the best outcome for all involved.
