Scope of Work
Rio Tinto requires a service provider to design and construct new access platforms and minor mechanical equipment on 2 x existing 50kL horizontal tanks waste oil and lubricant tanks. This scope includes but is not limited to the following:
- Removal of existing redundant structures and mechanical equipment;
- Design and construct new access platforms including new access stairs;
- Supply and install mechanical equipment including sump pump, piping, level gauges, valves and breathers;
- Supply and install electrical equipment including level instrumentation and overfill level alarm;
- Remediate damaged surface protection and install new labelling; and
- Remediate cracks in concrete plinth supporting the tanks.
