Tasked with improving health outcomes for Australians through the delivery of digital healthcare systems and the National Digital Health Strategy for Australia, the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) commenced operations on 1 July 2016.
The Agency is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation, clinical quality, and safety. Our focus is on getting data and technology to work for patients, consumers and the healthcare professionals who look after them.
The Agency has undertaken a review of current Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, frameworks and processes and the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) is embarking on an exciting journey of implementing the key findings and recommendations of this review.
As part of this process, the EPMO has conducted an approach to market for an online solution to support management of programs and projects across the Agency’s complete portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery the roll-out of the new PPM tool, in line with the Agency’s project management framework, , including project planning, monitoring, and reporting, and schedule maintenance to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
