Request For Proposal - Professional Services for Gym/Fitness Operations

⁠⁠⁠The South East Sports Complex is a multipurpose sports and recreational facility catering for a wide variety of activities ranging from formal sports such as netball, basketball, football, cricket, soccer and athletics; to informal activities such as BMX, skateboarding, walking, cycling and others.

This state of the art facility will include the following spaces:

• Two courts for netball and basketball
• A showcase court for netball and basketball
• Two gym and fitness rooms (Main subject of this RFP)
• Function space for 120 people and meeting room
• Bar, commercial kitchen and canteen
• Eight change rooms and four umpire rooms
• Three office spaces, five storage rooms and a first aid room.
• Seating capacity for approximately 500 people (During showcase games)

We are now seeking formal business proposals for the operation of gym and fitness activities in the newly built indoor stadium at the South East Sports Complex (Pembroke Park), including equipment fit out of the proposed allocated space.
