Tender Description
The City is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the provision of real estate sales and marketing services, to market, sell and dispose of the Light Industrial/Commercial lots that comprise the Southern River Business Park. The Business Park comprises lots 21, 100 and 1769 Southern River Road and Lot 1767 Matison Street, Southern River as per Appendix A – Staging and Use Plans.
A Site inspection has been arranged for Thursday 21 April 2022 @ 10am on location at Lot 100 Southern River Road, Southern River.
