Tender Description
This grant opportunity is intended to support special measures for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by assisting NATSIFAC Program service providers to rebuild aged care services, supporting culturally safe care to older First Nations people.
The outcome of this grant opportunity is to upgrade ageing infrastructure to support First Nations people. Including: meeting building code requirements, deinstitutionalisation of facility designs, and, where beneficial, installing video conferencing capability to keep residents connected with their communities and increase access to health care professionals.
To be eligible you must be one of the identified targeted NATSIFAC Program service providers identified in the Grant Opportunity Guidelines.
