The Department of Parliamentary Services (Department) is seeking to engage the services of a SAP Material Management Specialist to work within our Maintenance and Procurement sections to improve stock management for consumables, parts, and equipment. This will also improve the management of portable and attractive items such as hand tools, power tools and protective equipment that are typically valued less than the Department's asset recognition threshold of $2000.

The primary outcome of this engagement is to complete an implementation of the Standard Inventory module on ECC and Procure to Pay functionality on ECC.

The planned effort would be across the following four (4) phases:

1. Preparation and Design
2. Implementation & unit testing
3. Implementation, Testing, Requirement Traceability and Playback
4. Post Go live

Activities would include (but not limited to):

• Material Master Set-up and configurations for maintaining Inventory Stock Materials
• SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management (IM) functionality achieved through SAP Standard Configurations
• Standard IM functionality scope limited to Goods Reciting and Goods Storage against Purchase Order. Non Order reciting and storing scenario will be discussed during the prep phase to determine appropriate next steps
• Enabling SAP Standard Inventory Management Fiori Apps leveraging existing Gateway Servers that the Agency has deployed and gone live for their current Fiori apps
