Tender Description
GovConnect governance requirements stipulate that GovConnect service providers be subject to an annual ASAE 3402 Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organisation assurance review. The review results in a Type 2 assurance report with respect to the design and operating effectiveness of control environments that service providers (internal and external) are responsible for. The results reported in the Type 2 reports are relied upon by the Client Agency auditors from the Audit Office of NSW to support financial statement audits performed in accordance with the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.
