The primary objective of the Midlands Trauma System (MTS) is to improve clinical trauma care, reduce the incidence of injury and enable safer, more efficient systems along the trauma journey.

To achieve this MTS is seeking to replace the current obsolete clinical registry with an up-to-date, scalable clinical registry alternative that would allow integration with the existing suite of administrative and clinical systems currently in use throughout the various midlands district health boards.

In addition to this the MTS is seeking to establish a long term relationship with the solutions provider to ensure long term sustainability of the solution. This would include all relevant updates/upgrades to the solution as well as establishing a relevant provider support agreement.
MTS is looking for established providers who have the capability and experience to provide best value-for-money over whole-of-life of the clinical registry solution. It is critical that the provider is in a position to establish a long term relationship with MTS to future sustainability of the solution and to provide ongoing operational support.
