Bunbury Geographe Sub Region & Albany Industrial Study

We are seeking a consultant to undertake an industrial study to gain better understanding of the Bunbury-Geographe sub-region and Albany industrial markets from both demand and supply aspects. The study findings will inform DevelopmentWA's next steps within Bunbury-Geographe sub-region and Albany in regards to the general industrial land development and be shared with other government agencies.

The objectives of the study are for the Bunbury Geographe sub-region and Albany:
Understand key drivers of industrial land demand;
Current and future general industrial land demand assessment.
Undertake land audit of all general industrial areas; and
Understand general industrial land supply (and any constraints to its future delivery).
