Auckland Light Rail - Industry Update Notice

⁠⁠⁠Waka Kotahi is issuing this Industry Update Notice on behalf of the Auckland Light Rail (ALR) Group and its partners.
The ALR Group is developing its procurement approach for professional services to deliver a rapid transport solution, integrated with urban interventions, to enable better outcomes along the corridor.

This Industry Update Notice is an open invitation to join members of the ALR Group for an update on emerging thinking around the proposed procurement process for the pre-construction planning phase of the Auckland Light Rail project. The Industry Update will be hosted on MS Teams on Friday 1st April at 12:00PM New Zealand Standard Time (NZST).

Please register your interest in participation in this Industry Update by email to: lightrail@nzta.govt.nz by 5pm (NZST) Thursday 31 March 2022 with the subject title “Auckland Light Rail Industry Update”. To manage the number of participants we request that no more than two attendees are nominated per organisation.

Please note that participation in this industry update process is not compulsory for the future procurement process. The information received will be recognised as guiding only. Participation or not in this session will not impact the ability to participate in the tender process for the Auckland Light Rail or Additional Waitemata Harbour Connections projects in the future.
