PURPOSE: Liverpool Plains Shire Council is seeking to establish a panel of contractors for the provision of Telemetry and SCADA systems integration services. The proposed arrangement will streamline Council's ability to procure services and hence enable Council to deliver its capital and operational programs efficiently. It is estimated that between $50,000 and $200,000 p.a. will be available through this Contract.
Services will be required on an 'as required' basis for a period of 25 months from 1 June 2022 to 30 June 2024 with provision for a 1 year option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time-frames.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 19 April 2022.

Alternatively, hard copy submissions may be submitted to the Tender Box located at 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton NSW 2322 before the deadline nominated above.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
Tenderers are advised that Council is not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
