EOI For Mates Day Bar Operation

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from any interested community groups or local businesses for the operation of the ‘Bar’ for Mates Dayto be held at the Morning Glory Park, Burketownon the afternoon of Sunday 8th May 2022. If your submission is successful, you will be required to obtain a liquor licence for the event.

Persons, organisations or groups providing an EOI will be responsible to:

•Liaise with the Council nominee on all aspects prior to and during the event.

•Ordering of beverages (incl. alcoholic, non-alcoholic and water) for the event

•Setting up the bar area

•Provision of paper containers for service of drinks along with ice and any other equipment required for the sale of drinks.

•Provide staff for selling of the drinks from within the designated bar area.

•Comply with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines.

•Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

•Cleaning up bar area at end of event .
