The Australian Coal Industry’s Research Program
ACARP assists the Australian coal industry in developing and adopting technology and mining practice that leads the world.
ACARP invites research proposals that relate to one or more of the following categories.
• Underground Mining - Safety and productivity
• Open Cut Mining - Safety and productivity
• Environment and Community - Minimisation of mining impacts
• Coal Preparation - Process efficiency
• Technical Market Support - Value in use of Australian coals
• Mine Site Greenhouse Gas Mitigation - Management of mine site emissions
This program is entirely funded, owned and managed by the black coal producers.
