An increasing demand for sport and recreation infrastructure, tourist park planning and need for renewal of the Royal Park Caravan Park amenities block has necessitated a design for a new facility which will incorporate:
-A new caravan park entrance and turning lane.
-Change rooms, amenities block including the provision of a public toilet & laundry.
The preferred architectural consultant will be engaged on a lump sum basis. The appointed consultant will become responsible for the project management of the project including:
-Investigation undertaking stakeholder consultation and the establishment of a project control group (PCG)
-Works Recommendations and Cost Estimate
-Design Development
-Procurement
-Project Supervision
