Tender Description

This Contract is for the construction of approximately 580m of 3.5m shared path in Mangawhai, including the following elements:

  •  Approximately 130m of timber pole retaining wall (ranging in height from 0.5m to 2.0m) with a 3.5m wide concrete path and kerb and channel adjacent to it.
  •  Approximately 315m of 3.5m wide timber boardwalk (ranging in height from 1.3m to 4.0m).
  •  50m long, 3.5m wide timber bridge with fishing platform build outs on each side.
  •  5m wide gate way platforms with seating at each end of the boardwalk.
  •  Lighting built into the handrail system on the boardwalk and retaining wall.
  •  Planting around the works.
  •  Removal of Fascine structure in the Mangawhai Community Park and replacement with 6.0m long timber bridge
