Supply and Delivery of Bulk Fuel

Member councils of the Central NSW Joint Organisation (CNSWJO) have been utilising a regional contract for bulk fuel for over 10 years, with the current contract due to conclude on 30 June 2022. Through the CNSWJO Roads Technical Committee, member councils are repeating the process via this Request for Tender to identify suitable providers for the supply and delivery of bulk fuel for a period of 2 years, with an optional 1 year extension available.

Councils participating in this RFT include: Bathurst, Blayney, Cabonne, Cowra, Forbes, Lachlan, Oberon, Orange, Parkes, Weddin, Bland, Lithgow and Mid-Western.

Please read the questions carefully and ensure all requested documentation is attached. All responses must be input into the designated response areas within the online form. Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFT are to be made in writing through this portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFT (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.
