South Burnett Regional Council is pleased to invite tenders for the lease of three (3) shop spaces located at 66- 70 Lamb Street Murgon.
The space is part of the Murgon Hall retail precinct. Existing tenants are the Commonwealth Bank of Australia which includes an ATM service.
There is on-street parking for clients or customers, and a short walk to public amenities and the Post Office.
The shop spaces have been recently renovated to showcase the heritage of the building with internal walls repainted. Shop 66 has ceiling fans and a split system air conditioner installed. The spaces are blank canvas, ready for a new tenant to make their own, by customising floor coverings and internal fitout to suit their needs.
