The supplier will provide a team of specialists to perform the Collaboration and Access Management (CAM) Team. The supplier's specialist will be responsible for the holistic management of the CAM Capability.

The supplier's specialist will perform the function of the above the line Product Team within the CAM team. The specialist will be required to collaborate and manage the CAM Capability developers to deliver and sustainment functionality to meet evolving customer and business needs.

The supplier's specialist will be responsible for the general product management of the CAM capability, lead the technical advances for the CAM capability, integration with external systems, stakeholder engagement, requirements and needs elicitation, change control, reporting, procurement, and engagement with Enterprise Technology sections.

The roles within the CAM Product Team are:

• Product Manager (SFIA 6)
• Technical Lead / Solution Architect (SFIA 6)
• Business Analyst x 2 (SFIA 5 and 4)
• System Admin (SFIA 4)

Due to the nature of the role, all specialists are required to have a CURRENT TSPV and organisational suitability assessment (OSA).
