This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
In late 2020, as part of Busting Congestion for Agricultural Exporters the Trade Reform and Digital Trade Initiatives divisions were established to develop and deliver the vision and strategy for agricultural exports, and to coordinate the range of the export business and digital reform programs that are currently underway. At the heart of this reform package is the modernisation of export systems by building Digital Services to Take Farmers to Markets.
The role:
The department is seeking the services of an experienced Agile Program Facilitator, to work across multiple MDTs in a large-scale digital transformation program. The successful candidate will take the lead role in the quarterly planning with responsibility for coordinating and facilitating the process. This role is key to empowering the teams to deliver program outcomes, through the facilitation of planning and delivery, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks and prioritisation.
Key Deliverables:
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of export trade digital services, achieved by applying the following:
- Facilitation of program strategy, planning, and delivery workshops
- Development and maintenance of program roadmaps
- Facilitation of quarterly planning processes
- Support and guide continuous improvement activities
- Reinforce, support, and promote agile and human centred ways of working
- Support and develop DevOps Azure uplift and best practice
- Support and develop engagement with the technical and capability leads as well as the business and the other digital lead roles.
- Actively support the achievement of progress success, working with program and senior business executives.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong track record of delivery in agile with exposure to multiple agile and human centred design frameworks
- Demonstrated digital transformation experience in large organisations
- Demonstrated practical experience with the application and management of OKRs for program planning and delivery
- Experience working in large complex digital/technology environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience at all levels, including executive and ministerial
- Structured thinker, with a good understanding of business challenges that exist for our exporters
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence with and without authority
