The purpose of the project is create a continuous pathway connection from Tekapo Springs in the West, along the main reserve waterfront to the pedestrian bridge to the Church of the Good Shepherd. To upgrade and improve the reserve area between the main playground by the Four Square and the main car park.

This proposal is divided into three key projects which are described below;
• Project 1 - Concrete pathway connection
• Project 2 - Gravel pathway connection (waterfront)
• Project 3 - Reserve upgrade
Note: The three sub-projects described above are required to be priced as seperable portions.
