Expressions of Interest for Early Contractor Involvement - N82

⁠⁠⁠Griffith University is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Contractors for the Planning, Design and Delivery of a new building at the Nathan Campus (N82).

The new building is set to be a flagship for the future of teaching and learning for Griffith. N82 is proposed to be a 9 storey building of approximately 20,000 GFA / 13,000 UFA with a large internal atrium. The building's purpose is mainly to house functions relocating from our Mt Gravatt campus, which will be consolidated into our existing campus' by 2026 including staff, students and research spaces from Criminology and Criminal Justice, Psychology, Education and Professional Studies and Arts, Education and Law administration.

The building will also house modernised common teaching spaces,event and exhibition spaces, informal learning spaces and a cafe.
