The Town of Cottesloe (the Town) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from prospective lessees for the beachfront café restaurant commercial premises at 149 Marine Parade Cottesloe, WA, 6011.

The opportunity exists for an experienced hospitality business operator to secure a premium beachfront/ foreshore leasehold of land and existing improvements located opposite the Ocean Beach Hotel, offering approximately 180 square metres of lettable area, plus 54 square metres of alfresco and balcony area.

The lease, for up to 21 years, is open to uses lawfully permitted under the Local Planning Scheme or those which the Town considers are consistent with its surroundings, the needs of the locality and the community.
