Tender Description
AlburyCity Council invites suitably qualified Consultants to submit a Quote for the provision of Architectural Services including Design Development and Contract Documentation to inform the construction of the Sarvaas Park Sports Pavilion.
In particular, the sporting amenities have been identified for refurbishment as well as provision of a new adjacent amenities building. The refurbishment and construction project seeks to provide for full community participation and sporting club needs. Concept designs include new works that consider the identified amenity deficiencies such as lack of female change facilities, public toilets including disabled facilities, storage, and community space.
