Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T132/2022 - Construction of Rangari Road Upgrade.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being schedule of rates. The scope of work compromises the construction of the Rangari Road Upgrade and all associated works. The target date for practical completion is 23 December 2022, with construction to commence as soon as practical and by no later than 3 June 2022.
Tenders (or a tenderer's authorised representative) are required to attend a compulsory pre-tender meeting to be held at 10:00am AEDT, Tuesday 29 March 2022, at the Manilla Town Hall. The meeting will commence at the hall, and then travel to the site.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
