Tender Description

Reason for Withdrawal: This contract will be readvertised with additional scope under the same contract name.

Prequalified TMR Road Construction Contractors at levels R2 / F5 and above are invited to tender for the Farm to Carlton Street Upgrade project on the Bruce Highway.

Major works include the upgrade of Carlton Street / Founders Drive intersection, construction of new concrete shared paths, kerb ramps, asphalt surfacing, retaining wall and design and construction of prefabricated bridge and stairs. The contract is a TIC(CO).

A component of this project is classified as ‘building work’ under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 (Qld) (QBCC Act). Contractors must meet this requirement.

A Mandatory Pre-lodgement meeting will be held for CN-17003. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and issues, the meeting will be via TEAMS. Interested parties are requested to notify the Tender Manager. Details of the meeting are below:
