Provision of Reinsurance Broker and Advisory Services

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for:

• securing the services of a suitably qualified insurance/reinsurance broker with the requisite skills and indepth knowledge of domestic and international markets to protect Queensland Governement Insurance Fund (QGIF) against major and catastrophic loss with a reinsurance program where coverage and price constitute a cost effective risk transfer approach; and
• obtaining modelling to enable the Customer to better understand the nature and extent of risks to which it is exposed. The modelling will assist with decisions regarding reinsurance levels and program design, allocation of retained costs and mitigation considerations.
