Expressions of Interest – Independent Audit Committee Member

⁠⁠⁠The Municipal Council of Roxby Downs (Roxby Council) is seeking an Expression of Interest for an Independent Member position available on the Audit Committee.

The Audit Committee comprises three members (all independent) and meets a minimum of four (4) times per calendar year to offer advice on matters relating to corporate risk and financial governance. The appointment term is two years.

Expressions of Interest should include a brief Curriculum Vitae containing recent and relevant risk management, audit, legal, financial management skills, and/or qualifications. Experience in Local Government would be an advantage.
