Scope of Work (SOW)
Supply of vendor mechanical equipment as follows:
• Supply of Jet A-1 filtration packages:
- Design Operating Flow: 300 m3/hr each. Design Pressure: 1,960 kPag.
- Filter/ Water separators per API 1581 (EI 1581). Housing per AS 1210 or equivalent.
- To remove organic/ particulate and water.
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Jet A-1 (F35) & JP-8 (F34) loading arms:
- Duty Flow Rate: 150 m3/hr
- Integrated fuel dispensing and management system.
- 2 lanes, 3 loading arms per lane.
- Capability to dispense to all trailers of 2-off A-triple road trains simultaneously (6 dispensing points total).
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Jet A-1 pumps:
- Pump Duty: 150 m3/hr @ 79m head. NPSHa 11.3m
- Centrifugal Pumps per API 610 – Self-priming and skid mounted with motor. Driven by variable speed drive. Steel/ Stainless steel construction
- Single mechanical seals conforming to API 682.
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate. Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) pumps:
- Charge Pump Duty: 3.2 m3/hr @ 10m head. NPSHa 10.7m.
- Loading Pump Duty: 20.0m3/hr @ 10m head. NPSHa 10.7m.
- Sliding Vane Positive Displacement Pump per API 610 – Self-priming, skid mounted with motor. Variable speed drive driven.
- Stainless steel construction
- Single mechanical seals conforming to API 682.
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) Desiccant Dryer:
- Design pump out rate: > 210 LPM.
- Dryer for removal of water vapour within the air on a dual direction tank vent
- Suitable for Air/FSII vent vapour
- Stainless Steel housing
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Jet Fuel JP-5 Marine filtration packages:
- Design Flow Rate: 467 m3/hr each. Design Pressure: 1,950 kPag
- Filter/ Water separators per API 1581 (EI 1581). Housing per AS 1210 or equivalent.
- To remove organic/ particulate and water.
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Jet A-1 Marine filtration packages:
- Design Flow Rate: 467 m3/hr each. Design Pressure: 1,950 kPag
- Filter/ Water separators per API 1581 (EI 1581). Housing per AS 1210 or equivalent.
- To remove organic/ particulate and water.
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Marine Jet Fuel JP-5 (F44) & Jet A-1 (F35) loading arms:
- Maximum Flow Rate: 1400 m3/hr. Design Pressure: 14 barg
- Design, specification, and supply of Marine Loading Arm, including associated items.
- Expected service life of 50 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Jet A-1(F35) & JP-5 (F44) pumps:
- Marine Loadout Pump Duty: 320 m3/hr @ 72m head. NPSHa 10.0m.
- Centrifugal Pumps per API 610 – Self-priming and skid mounted with motor. Driven by variable speed drive. Steel/ Stainless steel construction
- Single mechanical seals conforming to API 682.
- Expected service life of 20 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Design and supply of the complete Fuel Additive Injection system:
- Product Flow Rate: 7,500 L/min (nominal). Operating Pressure: 550 kPag.
- The system is required to inject three types of additives, being FSII, SDA, and CI/LI. Additives are injected to Jet A-1 [F35] in order to regrade this to JP-8 [F34].
- The additive injection is to occur during road tanker loading and during tank rebalancing /regrading.
- Expected service life of 50 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Design and supply of the complete fire system, as outlined in the attached datasheet.
- Design, specification, and supply of fire system, including all items as noted in the datasheet.
- Expected service life of 50 years in tropical (Darwin) climate.
• Supply of Jet A-1 Product Saver Return Pumps
• Supply of Jet Fuel JP-5 Product Saver Return Pumps
• Supply of Sump Pumps
• Supply of Pipeline PIG Launcher/Receivers
• Supply of air compressors
• Supply of air receiver
• Supply of refrigerant air dryer
• Supply of instrument air filters
