Scope of Work (SOW)
Construction Contract including supply and installation for:
• General enabling earthworks and civil demolition works
• Asphalt pavement construction, including kerbing
• Asphalt pavement rehabilitation between existing kerbs
o Cement stabilisation or asphalt overlay
• Asphalt pavement reconstruction
o Remove existing pavement between existing kerbs
o Install new pavement to tie into existing kerbs
• Stormwater drainage
o Construct new pits over existing underground stormwater drains
o Construct new pits to outlet to existing drains
• Streetlighting
o Relocation of existing lighting poles and installation of new luminaires
• Signs and pavement linemarking
