Tender Description
We are seeking expressions of interest from local restaurants and mobile food trucks to participate in some of our The Festival of Place - Open Streets programs between April and May 2022.
If you are a local restaurant or eatery located in Ingleburn and Campbelltown CBD we want you to join us in offering a meal special.
We are also seeking mobile food vendors (both dessert and savoury) to trade on specific event dates.

- Thank Q It’s Friday - Friday 01 April 2022 / 5.00pm - 9.00pm
- Thank Q It’s Friday - Friday 06 May 2022 / 5.00pm - 9.00pm
- Beats & Eats On Q- Saturday 28 May 2022/5.00pm-9.00pm
For the following events we are seeking:
- Mobile dessert vendors
- Mobile savoury vendors
- Local meal specials in Queen Street, Lithgow Street and surrounds
Queen Street & Short Street, Campbelltown
- Wander On Q- Saturday 23 April 2022/5.00pm-10.00pm
For the following event we are seeking:
- Mobile dessert vendors
- Mobile savoury vendors
- Local meal specials in Queen Street, Lithgow Street and surrounds
Oxford Road, Ingleburn
- Sweet Street Ingleburn- Friday 13 May 2022/5.00pm-9.00pm
For the following event we are seeking:
- Up to 5 mobile dessert vendors
- Local meal specials in Oxford Road and surrounds
The meal specials and food trucks will complement the stylised event spaces, live music and entertainment at each event. These events will involve road closures.
