Tender Description
Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor who is specialised in all aspects of construction to complete the works as specified at The Green, Kyle Bay. The works include the demolition of the current amenities, earthworks, and the construction of the new amenities.
The works include but not limited to the provision of profits and margins, all materials (unless otherwise specifically mentioned in this RFQ), labour, freight, tools, plant, appliances and other necessary works, whether specifically mentioned or not.
