⁠⁠⁠Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE. If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, and 30a-c of the attached SF-1449 document, and submit it to the address shown in block 16.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
