Tender Description
PURPOSE: The purpose of this quotation is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake upgrades to the existing stormwater drainage network on Paterson Road, Bolwarra near the intersection with Tocal Road.
INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on Tuesday 12th April 2022.

NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the quotation and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer shall:
- submit a quotation which includes all Schedules required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;
- not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
