Scope of Work
Rio Tinto requires a service provider/s to perform complete refurbishments to FIFO accommodation rooms and buildings at Rio Tinto's West Angelas village.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to the following:
- demolition works including the removal of all waste from site;
- electrical, mechanical and hydraulic works; and
- construction and fit out works.
Works are required to be carried out in late Q2 / early Q3 2022.
