Gilmore College Media Classroom Extension

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Media Classroom Extension Works at Gilmore College. The Work includes but is not limited to:

The Contractor is to be aware that the works will be undertaken in an area of an occupied School environment. The Contractor is to acknowledge that Students and School Staff will be within the near vicinity of the works and all necessary means to provide a safe, uninterrupted, and co-operative amenity to the School’s operations is imperative to completing the works.

Any work which creates dust, noise, vibration, vapours, etc. which may disrupt the on-going normal operations of the School, must be undertaken outside School operational hours or as agreed with the Superintendent’s Representative. Start of work means total acceptance of relevant conditions.
