Biennial Community Research Survey 2022

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: The purpose of this quotation is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the development and execution of Maitland City Council's biennial community satisfaction survey and focus groups

INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a quotation to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on Monday 28 March 2022

DOCUMENTS: Tender documents must be obtained after registration. 

INFORMATION: All enquiries should be directed to Jade McArthur via the online forum.

PRE-TENDER MEETING: A pre-tender meeting will not be held.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer shall:
- submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderer's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;
- not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be lodged via the electronic tender box (preferred) (see option below) using the attached word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
