Tender Description
Warrnambool City Council invites tender submissions from suitably experienced & qualified contractors, for the provision of the following categories of minor building maintenance and construction works:
- Electrical Works
- Carpentry & Minor Buidling Works
- Cabinet Making & Joinery Works
- Painting Works
- Graffiti Removal Works
- Plumbing & Gas Fitting Works
- Brick Laying & Paving Works
- Glazing Works
- Miscellaneous Skilled Labour
- Airconditioning Maintenance
- Asbestos Removal
- Roof, Gutter & Solar Panel Cleaning
Council intends to form a panel of registered contractors to provide minor works and general maintenance services as required, for Council managed properties throughout the municipality.
The provision of these services will be for an initial 3 year period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025.
