Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The buyer seeks to work with a supplier to scope the technical design of end-to-end digital pathways for the execution of commercial agreements, deeds and statutory declarations.

There will be two key pieces to this work:

1. Building an evidence base that enables a better understanding of the service delivery benefits of electronic document execution, including through the use of digital identities.

2. Scoping the design of digital options for document execution tailored to the needs of different stakeholders, including legal and service delivery considerations.

Suppliers will need to quantify the costs and benefits of building an end-to-end digital pathway for the execution of documents for key existing government processes and scope different service delivery options.

In addition, suppliers should be capable of scoping different IT options for end-to-end digital document execution for typical situations, including bringing in leading international and domestic practices.

The results of this project are to inform the prioritisation and design of future projects in 2022-23, which will look to proof an end-to-end digital pathway for document execution and make other targeted investments. The project will also help to inform the development of legislative reforms undertaken in parallel.
