Retail at the Opera House is an essential component of the visitor experience.
The Opera House is engaging in a Market Sounding Activity (MSA) to:
• understand the current retail market and its capability to provide retail services at the Sydney Opera House;
• encourage innovative approaches and understand the viability of alternatives; and
• inform the development of the retail strategy at the Sydney Opera House.
This is not a tender opportunity and the MSA will not lead to the award of a contract.
